Return Policy and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the webshop with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at the contact page. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your purchase to the return address stated on the order.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be issued:
- Any item that was not delivered because you entered an incorrect delivery address.
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Products to replace
We only replace items if they are damaged.
While we hope this never happens, we know it can. So should the item be damaged during shipping, please send us a photo verification of the damaged item to contact@markwierda.nl.
We will gladly send you a replacement copy free of charge. In addition, it is not necessary to return the original shipment.
Shipping costs for returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
